I work full time at the summit house of Pikes Peak, America’s Mountain. Often, the best views of the day happen at times when there are no tourists on the mountain, when the highway has closed and the Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway has sent down the last train of the day. I love sharing pictures I take on my social media accounts, but I think it would be nice to have a place where they are more publicly accessible, hence this new section on my website. Unless otherwise noted, all photos have been taken with an Apple iPhone 6.
Live views from the summit are available from the Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway (facing west towards Colorado Springs, updated every 60 seconds), the City of Colorado Springs (views in all directions, updated every five minutes), and UtePassCams.com (facing southwest, live video).
